Srinagar, Feb 6: A delegation of JK Radio Taxi Drivers Association called on Transport Minister Satish Sharma, and the Transport Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir.
During the meeting, the association raised concerns about illegal activities involving non-commercial vehicles being used as commercial cabs by local aggregators in Srinagar. They highlighted that these unauthorized operations have significantly reduced passenger traffic and potentially compromise passenger safety, especially for female travellers.
