Srinagar, June 13: Following three terror attacks in the Jammu region, the J&K Police have released sketches of four terrorists suspected to be operating in the upper reaches of Bhaderwah, Thathri, and Gandoh.

In a statement, a police spokesman said that they are offering a cash reward of Rs 5 lakh for information leading to the capture of each terrorist. The identity of informants will be kept strictly confidential, said the spokesman.

On Tuesday, terrorists opened fire in a village in Hiranagar and attacked a checkpost in Chattergala area of Bhaderwah in separate attacks.

Six security personnel were injured in Bhaderwah attack, while two terrorists and a policeman were killed in Hiranagar gunfight.

On Sunday, terrorists opened fire at a bus carrying pilgrims when it was en route from the Shiv Khori temple to the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra near Teryath village in the Poni area.

The bus, which was ferrying pilgrims from Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Delhi, plunged into a deep gorge following the gunfire, killing nine people and injuring 41 others.
