J&K Police felicitate NEET qualifier in Awantipora
Srinagar, Aug 5: As part of its public outreach programme, Police in Awantipora on Tuesday felicitated Zahid Ali Gojer, son of late Ali Muhammad Gojer of Jawhirpora Laam, for his historic feat of qualifying NEET examination in his first attempt without joining any private coaching centre.
A statement of J&K Police issued here said that the NEET qualifier had been a student of Government Boys Higher-Secondary School Tral and belongs to a poor family with a humble background.
SDPO Tral Rajesh Kumar, accompanied by SHO Police Station Tral Inspector Abdul Rashid and IC Police Post Aripal ASI Bilal Ahmad, congratulated Zahid Ali Gojer for his achievement and presented a gift and a memento as a token of appreciation.
The officers appreciated his efforts to crack the entrance examination.
Officers also applauded his extraordinary efforts and hoped it would inspire other youth from the region to work hard towards achieving their goals in order to channelise their energy in the right direction and serve society in the long run.
