J&K, Ladakh declared “Hill Area/Tough Location” for Judicial Officers' allowance

Srinagar, Jan 06: The High Court of  Jammu & Kashmir and  Ladakh has notified the entire Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh as “Hill Area/Tough Location” for granting Hill Area/Tough Area Allowance under Rule 11(2) of the J&K Judicial Officers (Allowances, Amenities, and Advances) Rules, 2024
