J&K Government sets GPF interest rate at 7.1%

Jammu, June 21: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has declared the interest rate for the General Provident Fund (GPF) for the first quarter of the financial year 2024-25.

According to an official order, GPF subscribers will receive an interest rate of 7.1% for the period spanning from April 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024.

The 7.1% interest rate will apply to all GPF accounts maintained within the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
