J&K-born IAS officer Qummer-ul-Zaman appointed DC Bharatpur in Rajasthan

Jammu, June 23: IAS officer Qummer-ul-Zaman Choudhary, a native of Jammu and Kashmir and a 2014 batch officer, has been appointed as the District Collector of Bharatpur in Rajasthan.

Zaman has previously served in key roles including Joint Secretary in the Public Health Engineering Department, Commissioner of the Jodhpur Development Authority, and District Magistrate of Dausa.
