One such event, titled ‘Roz e YUVA,’ was held in Pulwama and presided over by General Manager Syed Rais Maqbool, alongside Zonal Head Irfan Anjum, the District Employment & Counselling Officer, senior district administration representatives, and Bank officials. Dozens of fresh sanction letters were distributed to successful applicants.

“Mission YUVA is about more than financial access—it’s about building self-belief in our youth,” said GM Syed Rais Maqbool. “By linking them with formal banking, entrepreneurship support, and social security coverage, we are paving the way for their long-term empowerment.” He also emphasised the importance of enrolling beneficiaries into various social security schemes.
