Jio in collaboration with Army’s Chinar Corps, Vajr Division install 5 new mobile towers in Gurez

Srinagar, Oct 18: Reliance Jio has launched its services in the remotest areas of the Gurez region. Along with the Army, it has installed five new mobile towers. Kupwara Sentinels posted about the development on X.

These towers will provide connectivity to strategically critical forward posts at an average altitude of 13000 ft . Kupwara Senitels called it a remarkable achievement in its post.

“Five new mobile towers have been established in the Gurez region by the Indian Army and Reliance Jio – a significant step toward improving communication infrastructure and enhancing digital connectivity in the area.”
