Jharkhand Congress welcomes Ghulam Ahmad Mir

Ranchi, Jan 2: The newly appointed state In-Charge of Jharkhand Congress Ghulam Ahmad Mir was warmly welcomed on reaching here on Tuesday.

According to a press release, on his arrival to Ranchi for the first time, Mir was welcomed by State President Rajesh Thakur, Health Minister Banna Gupta, Agriculture Minister Badal Patralekh, Former Union Minister Subodh Kant Sahay, Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee General Secretary Ajay Nath Shah Dev, and Congress Outreach Cell State Chairman Inderjit Singh.

Mir told media that Congress prospects in Jharkhand are better. “My priority during visit to Jharkhand will be to take feedback from party workers and talk to them. After this we will decide on future action,”he said. The AICC general Secretary General Secretary cum Jharkhand State Incharge, Mir, is on a two-day visit to Jharkhand.
