Srinagar, Dec 11: The Meteorological Department on Thursday in its fresh advisory stated that isolated higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir will likely receive light snow from December 13 to 17.

An official said the weather conditions in Jammu and Kashmir will likely remain ‘partly cloudy’ on December 12, while from December 13-17 there is a possibility of partly to generally cloudy with likely very light snow at isolated higher reaches of north and central Kashmir towards late night and early morning hours.

From December 18-19, the weather conditions will likely remain partly to generally cloudy, he said.

From December 20-21, there will be generally cloudy weather conditions towards evening with the possibility of light rain and snow at scattered places of Kashmir division and isolated places of Jammu division, the official said.

He continued that the weather conditions will likely remain ‘partly cloudy’ from December 22 to 25.
