J-K govt orders transfers, postings of four officers

Srinagar, Dec 22: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday ordered a series of administrative transfers and postings with immediate effect.

As per the order, Lal Chand, JKAS, Deputy Commissioner (South), Jammu Municipal Corporation, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages.

In another move, Nasir Ahmed Butt, Jr. Scale JKAS, presently serving as Assistant Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (Trade and Store), Jammu, has been transferred. His services have been placed at the disposal of the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages on an ex-cadre basis.

Similarly, Najeeb Latief, Jr. Scale JKAS, CDPO Nagseni, Kishtwar, has also been transferred, with his services placed at the disposal of the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages on an ex-cadre basis.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu Singh, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently posted in the office of the Resident Commission, J&K Government, New Delhi, has been recalled. His services have been placed at the disposal of the Information Department for further posting.
