Ishfaq Jabbar leads foot march

Ganderbal, Sep 21: Jammu and Kashmir United movement chairman and candidate for Ganderbal assembly constituency Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar on Saturday held a foot march as part of his election campaigning in Ganderbal constituency.

Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar joined by his supporters led the foot March from Gangerhama to Beehama chowk.

He said that if he got the people’s mandate, will take several initiatives to ensure the economic and social empowerment of women like reservation in government services, enhancement in marriage assistance to the girls, free gas cylinders (refills) to every household. Ishfaq said that the regional political parties have exploited the people of Ganderbal for decades and giving them fake promises. Ishfaq urged people to vote for him and give him a chance to serve them.
