Indian embassy issues advisory for nationals in Israel

New Delhi, Mar 5: Following the death of an Indian national from Kerala and the injury of two others in a missile attack reportedly carried out by armed rebels in Lebanon, the Indian Embassy in Israel has taken proactive measures to ensure the safety of Indian nationals, particularly those working in border areas. In response to the incident, the Embassy has issued an advisory urging Indian citizens to relocate to safe areas within Israel.

The Embassy has also initiated communication with Israeli authorities to facilitate the safety and security of all Indian citizens residing in Israel. In addition to the advisory, the Indian Embassy has provided a helpline number and email address for clarification and assistance, ensuring that individuals have access to necessary support and guidance during this challenging time.

The urgency of the advisory is underlined by the recent missile attack near Israel’s northern border community of Margaliot, which resulted in the loss of life and injuries to Indian nationals needing heightened vigilance and security measures among expatriate communities more so in border areas.
