Indian Army foils infiltration bid along LoC in J&K's Rajouri

Srinagar, June 15: Alert Indian troops have successfully foiled an infiltration bid of heavily armed terrorists along the Line of Control (LoC) at Barat-Gala in the Keri sub sector of Rajouri, official sources said.

According to the sources, "Indian Army troops on LoC foiled an infiltration attempt of heavily armed terrorists who were trying to sneak in from AIOS at Barat-Gala in Keri sub sector of Rajouri."

"Heavy exchange of fire took place between the alert army troops and terrorists, resulting in an encounter." they added

Extensive operation continues in the area.
