India issues travel advisory for citizens in Iran

In a message posted on social media platform X, the embassy advised individuals to remain vigilant, avoid all non-essential movement, follow official embassy updates, and adhere to safety instructions issued by local authorities.

A message on X reads, “In view of the current situation in Iran, all Indian nationals and persons of Indian origin in Iran are requested to remain vigilant , avoid all unnecessary movements, follow the embassy’s social media accounts and observe safety protocols as advised by local authorities. “
