In order to improve patient care, SKIMS to hold public darbar on Oct 29

Srinagar, Oct 27: Director Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura & Ex-Officio Secretary to Government Prof. Mohammad Ashraf Ganie will hold a public darbar on October 29, 2024.

The darbar will be held at SKIMS auditorium from 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm.

According to statement issued, the Director SKIMS, along with Medical Superintendent and heads of various Supportive Services will directly interact with patients, attendants and general public for redressal of their grievances or issues they are facing in the hospital.

It said the general public can also share their feedback or give their suggestions on how patient care services can be further improved.

The "Public Darbar" will be conducted every month, the initiative has been launched for wider public reach and creates a two- way interactive practice where hospital administration and public will find an equal space for better patient care practices, the statement added.
