IGP Jammu pins ranks on newly promoted ASIs

Jammu, Jul 8: Inspector General of Police (IGP), Jammu zone, Bhim Sen Tuti on Tuesday pinned ranks on the newly promoted Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs), Narinder and Rakesh, in a solemn ceremony event held at the Zonal Police HQ, Jammu.

Chief Prosecution Officer, PS to the IGP and Senior PO, ZPHQ Jammu were also present on the occasion.

The IGP commended both the promoted officers for their dedication, professionalism, and exemplary service, which earned them the well-deserved promotion.

He highlighted the critical role of ASIs in the Police Organisation as the operational bridge between junior constables and senior officers. He also called upon the promoted officers to exemplify officer-like qualities such as unwavering integrity, impartial judgment and selfless service in their expanded roles.
