If you are concerned about people, demand return of Statehood in House: Hilal Akbar Lone tells BJP's Salathia

Srinagar, Oct 30: National Conference MLA Hilal K Akbar Lone Thursday asked the BJP Legislator to demand restoration of Statehood if he was concerned about people of Jammu and Kashmir.

Earlier Salathia was speaking about the difficult situation people of Jammu division were going through post recent floods.

Salathia spoke about the "inadequate measures" taken by the government in distribution of relief to the flood hit people of Jammu and other areas of the division.

As he completed his speech, NC MLA Hilal Akbar Lone asked him to also demand restoration of Statehood.

"If you are so concerned about the people of Jammu and Kashmir and farmers why don't you demand restoration of the Statehood for Jammu and Kashmir," Lone asked Salathia.
To this, Speaker intervened and continued with smooth functioning of House.
