IED blast in Kulgam

Srinagar, Jan 18: A low intensity Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast occurred in the Kulgam district of south Kashmir on Tuesday but there was no loss of life or property.

“A low-intensity blast was triggered off but there was no damage,” a senior Police officer said.

He said that the blast took place on the Qaimoh road.

“The area has been cordoned off for a search operation,” the Police officer said.
