IAS officer Raghav Langer promoted to super time scale

Jammu, Jan 1: Senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, hailing from J&K, Dr Raghav Langer has been promoted to super time scale (Secretary grade) in Uttarakhand.

Dr Langer, 2009 batch IAS officer, has been elevated along with six other officers.

He is presently posted as Director in the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India.

During his inter-cadre deputation to J&K, Dr Langer had served on key positions, including as Divisional Commissioner, Jammu; Secretary Planning; DC Kathua and DC Pulwama.
