"I am sorry": NC MLA apologises for leaving House during Zero Hour
'I called your name earlier, but you were not in the House. As a special case I am giving you one minute to speak in the House,' Speaker told NC MLA

Srinagar, Oct 29: National Conference MLA Muhammad Altaf Wani on Wednesday apologized in the House for remaining absent while his name was called to speak during the Zero Hour session.

As the Zero Hour started in the House, Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather announced name of NC MLA Muhammad Altaf Wani but he was not present in the House.
However, NC MLA later returned to House and was allowed to speak in the House.

"I called your name earlier, but you were not in the House. As a special case I am giving you one minute to speak in the House," Speaker told NC MLA.

To this NC MLA apologised and thanked the Speaker for giving him a chance to speak.
"I am sorry sorry. I apologise," NC MLA said and started his speech in the House.
