House gutted in Doda’s Bhalessa, losses worth lakhs

Ramban, Jun 9: A multi-storey residential house was destroyed in a fire incident in Manoo, Panchayat of Bhalessa of Doda district on Monday.  Police sources said a four storey residential house belonging to Haji Noor Baksh, caught fire on early Monday morning resulting in the house suffering extensive damages.

One of the villagers informed Greater Kashmir that due to absence of road connectivity to the area, fire tenders couldn't reach the spot.

A Police officer said no loss of life or injury to anyone was reported in this fire incident.  He further said that police were investigating the reason behind this fire incident.
