House gutted at Sarai Bala

Srinagar, Jan 21: A house was gutted in a fire incident at Sarai Bala area here in wee hours.

The house belonging to Ali Mohd Pampori was gutted in the incident. Fire tenders rushed to the spot and doused off the flames and prevented fire from spreading to adjoining structures. Reports said goods worth lakhs of rupees were destroyed in the incident. “We lost all our valuables in the incident,” said Abdul Qayoom Pampori, a family member.
