Hope people again repose faith in NC: Hasnain Masoodi

Pampore, Apr 4:  National Conference (NC) leader and Lok Sabha member Hasnain Masoodi today hoped that people will again repose their faith in his party and vote for its candidates.

“The people are aware that the NC is the party that fought against autocratic rule. I am sure that people will again repose their faith in our party," he told reporters in south Kashmir's Pampore area. Masoodi said that NC has been safeguarding the interesting of people of Jammu and Kashmir for the last nine decades.

He viewed that abrogation of article 370 was never in the interest of nation. The NC leader added that all the infrastructure that the current dispensation is talking about has been built by the previous National Conference ( NC) governments.

Responding to a question regarding the Omar Abdullah's recent statement on PDP, Masoodi said, " It was agreed during the Mumbai enclave of INDIA bloc that parties with MPs in the parliament will contest from the respective seats."
