Srinagar, Sept 12: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (NC) supremo and former Chief Minister Dr. Farooq Abdullah on Friday said that “Muslims are being harassed everywhere.” He also expressed displeasure over the frequent shutdowns of Jamia Masjid by the government.

Abdullah made the remarks after offering the Jummah (Friday) prayers at Hazratbal Shrine in Srinagar.
The JKNC president said, “Hindus and Muslims should live in peace and harmony. Everywhere, Muslims are being harassed.”
