High Court promotes 75 officers in various cadres
Srinagar, Oct 10: The High Court of J&K and Ladakh Friday ordered promotion of 75 officials in the various cadres- secretary, bench secretary and administration.
According to Registrar General (officiating) M K Sharma, the promotions have been made Consequent upon the recommendations of the Committee for appointment and Promotion of Officials/Officers of the High Court Staff, duly approved by the Chief Justice.
All the promotions shall be treated as notional with effect from the dates indicated against the names of the respective officers and officials.
According to separate orders issued, ten promotions have been made in the Bench Secretary cadre with Syed Tasaduq Hussain Qadri, Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary, promoted as Registrar; Anil Kumar Raina, Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary, as Registrar; Syed Mujtaba Hussain, Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary, as Registrar; Ved Parkash, Joint Registrar-cum-Secretary, as Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary; Sarveeda Nissar, Joint Registrar-cum-Secretary, as Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary; Nuzhat Parveen, Joint Registrar-cum-Secretary, as Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary; Anil Sanhotra, Joint Registrar-cum-Secretary, as Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary; Syed Ayaz Hussain, Secretary, as Joint Registrar-cum Secretary; Qazi Amjad Yousuf, as Joint Registrar-cum Secretary; Narinder Kumar, Secretary, as Joint Registrar-cum Secretary; Ghulam Nabi Malik, Secretary, as Joint Registrar-cum Secretary; Karam Chand, Secretary, as Joint Registrar-cum-Secretary; Amjad Ahmad Lone, Secretary, as Joint Registrar-cum Secretary; Vinod Kumar, Private Secretary, as Secretary; Paramjit Singh, Private Secretary, as Secretary; Sunita Koul, Private Secretary, as Secretary; Javid lgbal, Senior Scale Stenographer, as Private Secretary and Imtiyaz-ul-Gani, Senior Scale Stenographer, as Private Secretary.
Similarly, ten promotions have been made in Bench Secretary cadre with Panjkaj Kumar Gupta, Additional Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary, promoted as Registrar; Baldev Raj, Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary, as Registrar; Nazia Chouhan, Joint Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary, as Additional Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary; Zulfi Javeed Ahmad Tantray, Joint Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary, as Additional Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary; Hilal Yousuf, Joint Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary, as Additional Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary; Subaya Yasmeen, Bench Secretary, as Joint Registrar-cum Bench Secretary ; Suhail Jan, Bench Secretary, as Joint Registrar-cum-Bench Secretary; Fida Ahmad Dar, Bench Secretary, as Joint Registrar-cum Bench Secretary; Suresh Kumar, Bench Secretary, as Joint Registrar-cum Bench Secretary and Versha Saraf, Bench Secretary, as Joint Registrar-cum Bench Secretary.
Moreover, 46 promotions have been made in the administration cadre with Farhana Ali, Joint Registrar (Adm), promoted as Additional Registrar and Zahoor Ahmad Khan, Deputy Registrar, as Joint Registrar while another 44 officials have been promoted as Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrars-I&II and Section Officers and Court Officers respectively.
