Kupwara, Nov 24: A terrorist hideout was busted in the forest area of Mughalpora Krumhora in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, a police official said on Sunday evening.

He said that following a specific information, a joint search operation was launched by Police, Army’s 15 RR and CRPF's 92 Battalion in the forest area of Mughalpora Krumhora falling under the jurisdiction of Police Post Zachaldara.

"During the search operation, a terrorist hideout was discovered, and a significant cache of explosives and ammunition, including 10 grenades were recovered from the site. The recovered explosives have been safely seized for further investigation and legal proceedings," he added.
