In Mendhar town, rainfall created problems for traders with overflowing rainwater and a lack of proper drainage systems. Narrating their plight, the traders said that this border town does not have any municipality.

“On Monday, rainwater overflowing from drains entered into our shops, causing damage to products. The traders were seen struggling to stop the flow of water in the shops," said Muhammad Javed, a local trader.
