Heavy landslide shuts Mughal Road for traffic

Rajouri, Aug 20: The Mughal Road connecting twin border districts Rajouri and Poonch with Kashmir valley via mountainous Pir Ki Gali got closed for movement of vehicles today after a huge landslide near Pir Ki Gali, officials said.

They said, the landslide hit the road stretch with big boulders have slipped and fell on road.

Vehicular movement is suspended due to sliding making people suffer with hundreds of vehicles are stranded on both sides of slide hit areas, they added.
