  2. Sun Protection: Wear sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect against harmful UV rays.
  3. Dress Appropriately: Wear loose, light-colored clothing to stay cool and comfortable.
  4. Rest: Take frequent breaks to rest and avoid overexertion, especially during outdoor rituals.
  5. Heat Stroke Awareness: Be aware of the signs of heat stroke, such as dizziness, headache, and nausea, and seek medical help if necessary.
  6. Stay Cool: Seek shade or air-conditioned areas whenever possible to avoid overheating.
