Health Deptt organises community outreach programme in Anantnag
Anantnag, Jan 3: Director Health Services Kashmir, Dr Mushtaq Ahmad Rather today spearheaded a transformative community outreach programme in Anantnag district . Following government directives, Director Health engaged with the community, addressing health concerns at ground zero level.
During the programme, Dr Mushtaq inspected various stalls focused on disease awareness and facilitated Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) screenings. Winter clothing distribution, eyeglasses for visually impaired children, and the distribution of golden cards for government insurance schemes marked the day.
The event was aimed to bridge gaps in healthcare, generating awareness about various ailments, and ensuring immediate resolutions for the issues faced by the public.
Director Health and the local health administration's efforts exemplify a commitment to community well-being.
Director health has been leading initiatives in healthcare, driving positive change and ensuring the welfare of the people in the Kashmir region.
"During the programme, the Director also engaged with (PRI'S), senior citizens, and media representatives. Addressing a diverse range of concerns raised by these groups, Director health provided a patient hearing and assured resolution for the issues at hand. This interactive session further underscores the commitment to inclusivity and responsiveness in healthcare initiatives taken by the government.
