HC fixes final hearing in MLAs’ nomination case on February 6
Jammu, Dec 5: J&K High Court Thursday fixed the final hearing of the case regarding the nomination of five MLAs on February 6, 2024.
The case filed by Ravinder Sharma, ex-MLC was taken up today by the Division Bench of J&K High Court, comprising Justice Sanjeev Kumar and Justice Rajesh Sekhri this afternoon.

While both Dr Singhvi and Mehta appeared through virtual mode, D K Khajuria, S M Chaudhary along with Anuj Mahajan and Aayush Pangotra also appeared for the petitioner, Ravinder Sharma, Chief Spokesperson of J&K Congress.
Vishal Sharma ASGI appeared for respondents, physically in the court.
