Hat-trick for PM Modi inevitable: J&K BJP President

Kupwara, May 3:  J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina Friday asserted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was all set to record a hat-trick in the 2024 Parliament elections.

He said that Narendra Modi will lead the country for the record third time due to his people friendly measures which he undertook during last ten years.

BJP Chief was talking to reporters on the sidelines of a party function at Handwara. He said that BJP will support those candidates in Kashmir who were people friendly and can work for the betterment of downtrodden and deprived.

He welcomed Election Commission's decision of postponing polling in Anantnag-Rajouri seat. Raina said that following the recent snowfall in the upper reachesof the constituency, people would find it difficult to reach to polling stations on the polling date. He said that there was nothing bad in postponing the said election infact it was good for the political parties who are supposed to get twenty days more for campaigning.

Ravinder Raina said that BJP was growing fast in Kashmir with each passing day.

He said that in the upcoming assembly elections BJP will certainly record thumping win in Kashmir.

Taking a dig at Omar Abdullah, he said that Article 370 has now become a history and those talking about it's restoration were befooling people. Raina who was flanked by BJP District President Kupwara Javid Qureshi said that people in Kashmir were in love with BJP.
