Haris Handoo assumes charge as Director SKICC

Srinagar, Oct 10: Special Secretary in Chief Minister’s Secretariat, Haris Ahmad Handoo today assumed the charge of Director SKICC.

On the occasion, the Director was given a warm welcome by the SKICC staff. The Director, after assuming charge, held a brief interaction with the officers and other staff.

During the interaction, he highlighted that SKICC’s stature as a premier destination for national and international events needs to be maintained. He emphasised upon the officers and staff to work with utmost dedication for the promotion of this place as a hub for conferences, cultural events, and global collaborations that highlight the scenic and cultural richness of Jammu & Kashmir. “SKICC has always been a symbol of excellence and hospitality in the region”, he said.

He assured the employees that all issues pertaining to the functioning of this vital institution will be resolved.

The employees assured full support to the new Director to carry on the legacy of this prestigious conference centre.
