Hakeem Yaseen expresses concern over power issue

Srinagar, Jan 9: Chairman Peoples Democratic Front (PDF) and former Minister Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen has expressed concern over reported extension in the lease of electricity from the Rattle Power Project in Kishtwar to Rajasthan .

In a statement, he said that the MoU signed for leasing of electricity from the Rattle Power project Kishtwar to Rajasthan amidst the pressing power crisis within Jammu and Kashmir itself was ridiculous and it amounts to usurping rights of local populace on their natural resources.
