Gunfire outside Elvish Yadav’s Gurugram residence, no injuries reported

New Delhi, Aug 17: Unidentified attackers opened fire outside the Gurugram residence of YouTuber and Bigg Boss TV serial winner Elvish Yadav early Sunday morning, reports national media.

The incident occurred between 5:30 and 6 am in Sector 57, when three bike-borne assailants fired over two dozen rounds at the house before fleeing.

Bullets struck the ground and first floors of the building, while Yadav’s caretaker and family members were inside. No injuries were reported.

Yadav, who stays on the upper floors, was not present at the time.

Police teams arrived at the spot, collected forensic evidence, and began examining CCTV footage from the area.

Officials said legal proceedings have been initiated and further investigation will follow after a formal complaint is filed.

Yadav, currently away from Haryana, has not reported any prior threats.

The 27-year-old, known for his massive online following and music video appearances, has previously faced legal trouble, including an arrest last year in a case involving the alleged use of snake venom at rave parties.

He was later released on bail but continues to face charges.
