Gunfight breaks out in Jammu's Udhampur

Srinagar, Aug 11: A gunfight broke out between terrorists and security forces in Khaned area of Basanthgarh in Jammu's Udhampur, reports said on Sunday late evening.

Quoting a police officer news agency GNS reported that security personnel were continuously tracking the terrorists who escaped four-days before after a gunfight in Khaned area.

Today, contact has been established again. So far, no casualty has been reported in the exchange of fire.

More reinforcement has been sent to the area to plug all escaping routes, said the official.
