Grundfos and ACCOM Engineering introduce Smart Water Technology

Srinagar, Sep 08: Grundfos, a global leader in water technology, and ACCOM Engineering, a prominent engineering solutions provider, hosted an event at the Radisson Collection to showcase innovative smart hydronic pumps for Kashmir's hospitality industry.

The gathering aimed to educate hotel leaders and enterprises on addressing challenges in water supply, hot water systems, and firefighting.

Key stakeholders from the hospitality sector attended presentations, product demonstrations, and interactive sessions highlighting Grundfos' latest smart pumping solutions designed to optimise water management and energy efficiency.

Sheikh Asif, Managing Director of ACCOM Engineering, emphasized the importance of adopting innovative solutions to tackle water-related challenges in the hospitality sector. "Our smart hydronic pumps are designed to reduce energy consumption, lower operational costs, and enhance guest experiences," he stated.

Meekail Ahmad from Magnix Projects Pvt Ltd praised the event, noting discussions on installing new smart hydro pumps in upcoming premium projects in Kashmir. The collaboration aims to empower the region's hospitality sector with sustainable and efficient water solutions.

To ensure reliable service, Grundfos and ACCOM Engineering announced the formation of an 8-member team with 4-wheel drive vehicles to handle service issues in remote locations during harsh winters.

The technical team from Grundfos Denmark was present, offering expertise on addressing unique challenges faced by hoteliers in Kashmir. A panel discussion on "Sustainable Water Management in Hospitality" featured industry experts sharing insights on water conservation and efficiency.

This collaboration strengthens Grundfos' presence in the Kashmir region, providing tailored solutions for the local hospitality industry's unique needs.
