Grievance cell for passport, service verifications set up in Srinagar

Srinagar, Oct 24: A public grievance cell regarding passport and service verification cases and other verifications has been established at CID Headquarters near the Government Arts Emporium in Srinagar.

A statement of J&K Police issued here said that the people having grievances with regard to passport cases, service, or other verifications can visit every Tuesday from 12 pm onward.

It said that they can register themselves for an appointment by phone number 9906126468 (WhatsApp), landline 0194-2459935 (Helpsite Srinagar), or email at grievance-cidjk@jkpolice.gov.in.

The statement said that a similar public grievance cell would be opened at CID Headquarters at Canal Road Jammu after shifting offices from Srinagar to Jammu.
