Govt Unani College Ganderbal organises health camp

Srinagar, Nov 24: The Department of Amraz e Niswan wa Qabalat, Government Unani Medical College Nawabagh Ganderbal organised a free medical aid-cum-awareness camp at Madina International Islamic School Wakura Ganderbal, Darul-uloom affiliated with Karwan Islami International, under the Chairmanship of Ali Mohd Rather.

Activities carried out included, screening of adolescent girls for menstrual irregularities, distribution of free medicines, awareness for females regarding PCOD and other menstrual disorders.

The staff involved with the camp included Dr Shahida Habib Associate Professor, Dr Mushtaq Naikoo, Assistant Professor, Dr Najma, (RMO), Snowber Zahoor (staff nurse), Basharat Hassan (pharmacist), Sumaya Nabi (pharmacist), Rehana Hassan (ANM).
