Govt suspends incharge AEE (Civil) arrested by ACB

Srinagar, Nov 28: Jammu and Kashmir government has placed Er. Mubarak Ahmad Ganaie under suspension, who was earlier arrested by Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB).

“Er. Mubarak Ahmad Ganaie, Incharge Assistant Executive Engineer who has been arrested by Anti Corruption Bureau, J&K, shall be deemed to have been placed under suspension with effect from the date of his arrest,” read an order, issued by the government.

During the period of his suspension, the engineer shall remain attached with the office of chief engineer, PW (R&B) North Kashmir.
