Govt restored J&K’s development momentum: Sagar

Srinagar, Sep 29: National Conference General Secretary and MLA Khanyar Ali Muhammad Sagar has emphasised that the democratically elected government led by CM Omar Abdullah successfully restored the momentum of development across Jammu & Kashmir after years of stagnation under unelected and bureaucratic regimes.

In a press release, Sagar said that the years preceding CM Omar Abdullah’s tenure” were marked by policy paralysis, lack of accountability, and administrative disconnection from the ground realities, which severely hampered developmental progress in both urban and rural areas.”
