Govt orders transfers, postings of law officers; assigns additional charges to some of these officers
Srinagar, June 10: The government on Tuesday ordered the transfer and posting of law officers besides assigned additional charges to some of these officers.
According to an order issued by the Department of Law Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, in the interest of administration, Waseem Showkat Bhat, Senior Law Officer(SLO) presently posted in the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies, Jammu is transferred and posted in the Directorate of School Education, Jammu.
Musbat Ismail, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the office of Secretary, Sports Council, Srinagar is transferred and posted in the Srinagar Municipal Corporation. However, she shall continue to hold the charge of Litigation work of the office of Secretary, Sports Council Srinagar, till further orders.
Waseem Ahmad Lone, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the General Administration Department is transferred and posted in the Finance Department. Shabana Durani, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu holding additional charge of Litigation work of Conservator of Forests, Jammu is transferred and posted in the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies, Jammu.
Dharam Pal Chibber, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Directorate of School Education, Jammu is transferred and posted in the office of Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti (PHE), Jammu. Nahida Bashir, Deputy Draftsman (Translation) presently posted in the office of Chief Engineer, PMGSY, Kashmir shall, in addition to her own duties, hold the additional charge of Litigation work in the office of Engineer-in-Chief/ Secretary Technical till further orders.
Tawheeda, Deputy Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Cooperative Department is transferred and posted in the Transport Department. Aamir Majid Shah, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir is transferred and posted in the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Civil Secretariat, Srinagar. Deeba Khan, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted as District Litigation officer, Srinagar shall, in addition to her own duties, hold the additional charge of litigation work of the office of Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar till further orders. Ishwin Kour, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department is transferred and posted in the Revenue Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu.
Ishfaq Ahmad Khan, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the office of Chief Engineer, R&B, Kashmir shall, in addition to his own duties, hold the additional charge of Litigation work of the office of Chief Engineer, North Kashmir/ South Kashmir till further orders;
Javeed Nazir, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Finance Department shall, in addition to his own duties, hold the additional charge of Litigation work in the office Director General, Accounts and Treasuries, J&K till further orders. Vishu Kumar, Assistant Legal Remembrance presently posted in Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Katra shall, in addition to his own duties, hold the additional charge of District Litigation office, Reasi till further orders thereby relieving Rempi Sharma, Associate Law officer from the additional charge of District Litigation office, Reasi.
Sohil Mir, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted as District Litigation Officer, Poonch is transferred and posted in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu. Hilal Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Directorate of Samagara Shiksha, J&K is transferred and posted in the Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir. However, he shall continue to hold the charge of litigation work of the Directorate of Samagara Shiksha, J&K till further orders. Nisar Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted as District Litigation Officer, Shopian holding additional charge of District Litigation Office, Pulwama shall, in addition to his own duties, hold the additional charge of Litigation work of Deputy Commissioner, Shopian till further orders. Rajni Bala, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the office of Director General Accounts and Treasuries is transferred and posted in the office of Conservator of Forests, Jammu.
Mehmood Ahmad Malik, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the office of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir shall, in addition to his own duties, hold the additional charge for dealing the arbitration matters of the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue till further orders. Nadir Ali, Assistant Legal Remembrancer presently posted in the Srinagar Municipal Corporation is transferred and posted in the General Administration Department. Nadiya Gul, Associate Law Officer presently posted in the Transport Department is transferred and posted in the Cooperative Department, Civil Secretariat, Srinagar.
Mudasir Mushtaq Khan Pathan, Associate Law Officer presently posted in the office of Chief Conservator of Forest Kashmir South Circle, Bijbehara, Anantnag shall, in addition to his own duties, hold the additional charge of District Litigation office, Kulgam thereby relieving Ms. Rubi Jan, Assistant Legal Remembrancer from the additional charge of District Litigation office, Kulgam. Kasturee Mishra, Associate Law Officer presently posted in the office of Chief Engineer, Jal Shakti, Jammu is transferred and posted in the Directorate of School Education, Jammu. Shahnawaz Ahmad Malik, Associate Law Officer, presently posted in the State Motor Garages is transferred and posted in the District Litigation office, Poonch Bilal Ahmad Bhat, Associate Law officer presently posted in the office of Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar is transferred and posted in the State Motor Garages, J&K.
