Govt orders promotion of 50 Inspectors as DySPs

Srinagar, Dec 10: The Jammu and Kashmir government Tuesday ordered the promotion of 50 Inspectors as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySPs) - Level 8 (47600-151100) in the pay matrix with immediate effect.

As per the order, the Inspectors who have been promoted include Suhail Rashid, Pardeep Gupta,

Mushtaq Ahmad, Mir Afaq Ahmad, Tsewang Dorjey, Tahir Yousuf, Muhammad Amin, Kulbir Singh, Jaffar Ali Khan, and Lotus Rabgaes.

The other inspectors who figure in the promotion list are Gulzar Ahmad Bhat, Sanjiv Sharma, Kamal Sangra, Musadiq Abass, Om Parkash, Muhammad Ramzan, Gulshan Akhter, Munir Ahmad, Manzoor Ahmad, and Hafizullah Mir.

The promotion has been also ordered in favour of Rajinder Kour, Sheikh Ghulam Jeelani, Aftab Ahmad Bhat, Nisar Ahmad Hura, Sanjay Kumar Abrol, Tsering Gurmeet, Pir Atiquallah, Rajesh Kumar, Bishnesh Kumar, and Muhammad Faisal Khan.

The others included in the promotion list are Nasir Ahmad, Muhammad Yousuf Dar, Padma Dorjey, Showkat Ahmad, Masarat Akhter, Anayatullah, Mushtaq Ahmad, Muhammad Amin, Dalbir Kour, and Deepanker Singh.

The promotion has also been ordered in favour of Vijay Kumar, Reena Devi, Rakash Kumar, Neeraj Bhagat, Prabhu Diyal, Karen Kumar, Bashir Ahmed, Almas Sharma, Showkat Ahmad, and Shashi Kant.

“The aforesaid promotions will be subject to the outcome of the writ petitions, if any, pending before any competent court of law,” the government order reads.
