Jammu, June 5: Following the culmination of parliamentary elections, the J&K government has issued a fresh roster for Administrative Secretaries to conduct public darbars in the districts, during the months of June and July.

As per the roster, Shaleen Kabra, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department will hold public darbar on June 10 in Jammu, on July 1 in Srinagar and on July 25, 2024 in Pulwama districts.

Dheeraj Gupta, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Department of Forest, Ecology & Environment will conduct public darbar on June 11 in Srinagar on July 1 in Jammu and on July 26 in Budgam districts.

Public darbar schedule for Shailendra Kumar, Principal Secretary Agriculture Production Department will be June 20 in Budgam, July 1 in Ganderbal and July 25 in Anantnag districts; for H Rajesh Prasad, Principal Secretary, Power Development Department June 10 in Ganderbal, July 1 in Budgam and July 25 in Srinagar districts and for Chandraker Bharti, Principal Secretary, Home Department June 10 in Udhampur, July 2 in Poonch and July 31 in Baramulla districts.

Santosh Dattatraya Vaidya, Principal Secretary, Finance Department will conduct public Darbar on June 11 in Samba, July 1 in Udhampur and on July 25 in Ganderbal districts; Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary, Higher Education Department will hold it on June 12 in Kathua, on July 4 in Pulwama and July 26 in Jammu districts and Suresh Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary, Department of Culture will conduct darbar on June 10 in Pulwama, on July 3 in Kathua and on July 29 in Kishtwar districts.

Sanjeev Verma, Commissioner Secretary General Administration Department will hold public darbar on June 11 in Budgam, on July 3 in Ganderbal and on July 30 in Reasi districts and Saurabh Bhagat, Commissioner Secretary, Science & Technology Department on June 19 in Kupwara, on July 8 in Kishtwar and on July 31 in Kulgam districts.

As per public darbar roaster, Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department will listen to public grievances on June 20 in Ganderbal, on July 4 in Kupwara and on July 25 in Bandipora districts; Prerna Puri, Commissioner Secretary, Information Technology Department on June 20 in Samba, on July 8 in Srinagar and on July 26 in Udhampur districts; Sheetal Nanda, Commissioner Secretary, Social Welfare Department on June 19 in Srinagar; on July 4 in Samba and on July 29 in Shopian districts; Yasha Mudgul, Commissioner Secretary, Tourism department on June 20 in Reasi, on July 8 in Jammu and on July 30 in Samba districts and Vikramjit Singh, Commissioner Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department on June 11 in Kishtwar, July 2 in Ramban and on July 31 in Kathua districts.

Rashmi Singh, Commissioner Secretary, Hospitality & Protocol Department will conduct public darbar on June 10 in Rajouri, on July 8 in Pulwama and on July 25 in Reasi districts; Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Administrative Secretary, Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj on June 19 in Pulwama; on July 3 in Rajouri and on July 26 in Doda districts; Sarmad Hafeez, Administrative Secretary, Youth   Services  & Sports Department on June 11 in Anantnag, on July 8 in Kulgam and on July 29 in Poonch districts.

Prasanna Ramaswamy G, Administrative Secretary, Revenue Department will listen to public grievances on June 20 in Kulgam; on July 3 in Anantnag and on July 30 in Kupwara districts; Niraj Kumar, Administrative Secretary, Transport Department on June 19 in Shopian; on July 3 in Doda and on July 31 in Rajouri districts; Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, Administrative Secretary, Labour & Employment Department on June 12 in Doda, on July 1 in Shopian and on July 25 in Ramban districts and Rehana Batul, Administrative Secretary, Information Department on June 19 in Udhampur, on July 4 in Baramulla and on July 31 in Anantnag districts.

Schedule for public darbar for Bhupinder Kumar, Administrative Secretary, Public Works Department will be June 20 in Baramulla July 8 in Udhampur and on July 30 in Bandipora districts; for Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, Administrative Secretary, Health & Medical Education Department, it will be June 12 in Bandipora, July 1 in Baramulla and July 30 in Ganderbal districts and for Mohammad Aijaz, Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department, it will be June 19 in Anantnag, July 4 in Bandipora and July 25 in Baramulla districts.

Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad, Administrative Secretary, Floriculture, Parks & Gardens Department  will conduct public darbar on June 19 in Bandipora, July 8 in Anantnag and July 30 in Pulwama districts; Zubair Ahmad, Administrative Secretary, Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs will hold it on June 10 in Shopian; on July 2 in Kulgam and on July 31 in Budgam districts and Babila Rakwal, Administrative Secretary, Cooperative Department will conduct it on June 12 in Ramban, on July 1 in Reasi and on July 26 in Kulgam districts.

Anil Koul, Administrative Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction will listen to public grievances on June 12 in Poonch, on July 8 in Budgam and on July 25 in Kupwara districts and Shabnam Kamli, Administrative Secretary, ARI & Trainings Department will do so on June 11 in Kulgam, July 1 in Bandipora and July 31 in Srinagar districts.

“The Deputy Commissioners shall be responsible for organizing these darbars and shall ensure their wide publicity in districts, well in advance,” GAD order read.
