Govt constitutes sub-committee to examine grievances regarding Reservation Rules

Srinagar, Dec 10: Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday constituted sub-committee for examining the grievances projected by a section of aspirants for various posts regarding Reservation Rules.

According to order copy, Minister for Social Welfare Sakina Masood Itoo will head a three-member committee, which includes Javed Ahmed Rana (Minister for Public Health Engineering) and Satish Sharma (Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs).

“Sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of a Sub-Committee, comprising the following, to examine the grievances projected by a section of aspirants for various posts regarding Reservation Rules, in consultation with all stakeholders,” the order reads.

The Committee, as per order shall be serviced by the Social Welfare Department and shall submit its report to the Council of Ministers.
