Governor Punjab honors Aryans Group of Colleges for excellence in paramedical education
Srinagar, April 30: Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria awarded Aryans Group of Colleges for its outstanding contributions to paramedical, nursing education in an award ceremony held at Hotel Hyatt Chandigarh.
Education Minister, Punjab S. Harjot Singh Bains was the Guest of Honour at the occasion.
The award was received by Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh.
Dr. Anshu Kataria expressed heartfelt gratitude. He mentioned that Aryans Group of Colleges offers a range of healthcare courses, including Paramedical, Pharmacy, Nursing and Physiotherapy, alongside Engineering, Law, Management and Education programs.
Out of 3500 students, approximately 2000 are enrolled in healthcare courses, underscoring the institution’s significant contribution to healthcare education.
Citing the World Health Organization’s projection of 10 million health workers needed by 2030, Dr. Kataria emphasized the demand for medical and healthcare professionals.
Aryans Group of Colleges is committed to providing quality training and placement opportunities for its 2000 healthcare students, preparing them for roles in this growing workforce.”
Aryans group is first in the region to sign MoUs with regions top Hospitals and Companies including Neelam Hospital, Medpark Hospital, JP Hospital, Hasrat Multispeciality Hospital, Guru Nanak Hospital, Simrita Nursing Home, Amar Hospital, Life Care Hospital for better internship and placement opportunities of students.
Also, Aryans has signed MoU with renowned otho company Tynor.
