GOC White Knight Corps reviews security dynamics in Udhampur

Jammu, Oct 23: General Officer Commanding (GOC) White Knight Corps Lieutenant General P K Mishra Thursday assessed security and operational preparedness of troops of Delta Force in Basantgarh in Udhampur district.

Accompanied by GOC Delta Force, Lt Gen Mishra asked the troops to maintain a proactive stance with cutting-edge strategies and the highest standards of professionalism in operational conduct.

“GOC White Knight Corps along with the GOC Delta Force visited Basantgarh to review security mechanisms and commended troops of Delta Force for their exceptional dedication and commitment to duty. The GOC emphasised maintaining a proactive stance, adopting cutting-edge strategies and upholding the highest standards of professionalism in operational conduct. We Protect, We Prevail!,” the White Knight Corps posted on ‘X’ with the tagline ‘Op Readiness.’

On October 22, Lt Gen Mishra reviewed operational readiness of army troops and assessed the security dynamics along the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri and Poonch districts.

He exhorted upon all ranks to maintain peak operational efficiency and a resolute offensive orientation in safeguarding the nation's frontier.

Lt Gen Mishra along with Maj Gen Kaushik Mukherji, GOC Ace of Spades Division, had visited forward posts in the Krishna Ghati and Nowshera sectors of LoC in Poonch and Rajouri districts respectively.

He also interacted with troops, appreciating their professionalism, composure and steadfast commitment under challenging conditions.

On October 19, the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C) Northern Command, Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma visited various establishments in Rajouri and Poonch.

Accompanied by General Officer Commanding White Knight Corps Lt Gen PK Mishra, the Northern Army Commander had interacted with troops deployed along the Line of Control and in the hinterland.

While reviewing the operational preparedness, he had commended all ranks for their steadfast commitment, high morale, exceptional professionalism and unwavering dedication.
