GMC hospital Jammu to get Command & Control Centre

Jammu, Jan 5: J&K government Friday constituted a Technical Appraisal Committee (TAC) for the establishment of Command-and-Control Centre at Government Medical College & Hospital (GMC&H), Jammu for its efficient management and monitoring.

Sanction for TAC has been granted in terms of SO 227 of 2021 dated July 9, 2021 of Finance Department. It will comprise Mohammad Saleem Khan, State Informatics Officer, NIC, J&K as chairman; Sumit K. Pandey, Assistant Professor IIT Jammu and Dr Shubhnandan Singh Jamwal- Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science & IT, University of Jammu as its members.

Munish Pandoh, Technical Officer, Information Technology Department will be its member convenor.

As per its terms of references, the committee will peruse and get the document technically vetted ensuring the viability of the proposed solution in terms of technicality in consonance to financial implications and vice versa.
