Ghulam Nabi Hanjura visits Chrar-e-Sharief shrine on occasion of Urs

Srinagar, Oct 19: Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP) senior leader and former minister Adv Gh Nabi Lone Hanjura visited the shrine of Hazat Sheikh Noor Uddin Noorani (RA) Chrar-e-Sharief.

He was accompanied District Youth President Mushtaq Zuhami, District Coordinator Aftab Ahmad Mir, Zonal Secretary Gulzar Ahmad Bhat, and Block President Bashir Ahmad Mir. During their visit, the delegation offered prayers seeking peace, prosperity, and communal harmony for Jammu and Kashmir.

This visit aligns with the PDP's continued commitment to the spiritual and cultural heritage of Kashmir, particularly emphasizing the importance of the Urs event as a unifying tradition for the region's people. The delegation's prayers and presence also highlighted efforts to maintain peace and brotherhood during the Urs celebrations at Chrar-e-Sharief, a significant event in Kashmir's spiritual calendar attracting devotees from across the Valley.
